Simply follow these 4 easy steps after wearing them, and you will continue to be inspired:

1. Turn the garment inside out when washing.

2. For best results place garment in a mesh laundry bag (you may have been given one with your garment at time of purchase)

3. Machine wash with gentle detergent, on a gentle cycle in cold water.

4. Immediately remove when done and hang or lay flat to dry.

Stock orders

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, for either a full refund, credit, or exchange, provided the tags are still on the product and the sanitary strip is in place when returned. All accessories (ie: scrunchie or mesh bag) must accompany the return.

No returns will be accepted on worn or laundered merchandise.

Damaged or defective merchandise will be handled on a case-by-case bases. Please email returnra@higoapparael.com with pictures and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

Due to the nature of custom-made merchandise, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless, the merchandise is not made to the specifications in which you signed off on or if the material is flawed or defective. Please contact us to discuss before returning any custom merchandise. A return authorization must be acquired before returning.

To order a custom leotard, simply fill out our online design request form, providing details about your design preferences attaching pictures, designs or anything that helps to describes your vision.

Our team will then create a leotard mockup to your exact specifications. You will receive an email with a link to review your mockup proof at which time you will be able to approve it or make changes and comments right in the program which will then be sent back to the designer for updates.

This process will continue until the design is exactly what you want at which time you will approve the design in the review program. (We are available at ANY time to discuss any concerns or changes with you over the phone as well)

Once you approve the design in the review program, you will then receive another email with a link that will bring you to our custom order form.

When you are ready to place your order all you will need to do is complete the order form and submit the order and the process will be complete.
